- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m willing to work with every single customer, in regard to pricing when necessary, to ensure the customer is COMPLETELY satisfied/their pocketbook isn’t emptied, AI&S is compensated appropriately and the EMPLOYEES are happy / compensated appropriately. I’ve broken down project billing into 2 - 4 week partial payments, with a couple customers, so we were able to complete their project as well as to keep AI&S employees working. I always try to charge fair pricing. Unless special circumstances warrant, all of my project pricing is based off of the current national standard for contractor pricing. This makes AI&S pricing fair for the customers and for AI&S.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There isn't really anything different that I would say we will do regarding new versus ongoing clients. We always put in 110% regardless if we’ve worked with said customer previously or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a safety manager for more than 10 years. That said, I have the credentials to teach the OSHA 10 & 30 hour classes in construction safety. My previous company went above and beyond to ensure that I had the knowledge, to lead our workers towards 100% safe worksites and to be their Safety Director for over six years.
