Hi! I'm Rachel and I have been a Professional Wedding Officiant in the Greater Baton Rouge area for almost three years. I am happy to offer all wedding officiant services! I have a clear, professional speaking voice and am happy to cater to whatever you would like on your special day. After we finalize pricing, I like to have a consultation with you and your other half to come up with a script or plan of sorts for your ceremony, just so we don't have any confusion on the big day! I'll ask you some basic questions and then we can get down to the specifics, line-by-line. This meeting can be done in person, over the phone, over Zoom or FaceTime - it's really your preference! My number one priority is your satisfaction, happiness, and peace of mind, so I am 100% about customizing what is planned to be said to fit my couple's wishes. I DO travel to parishes other than Ascension regularly; I just charge a bit extra for travel time and gas. I look forward to hearing from you! Take care! Pricing Details: - Pricing is based on two factors: 1) Ceremony Length - How long we spend coming up with the script; if the ceremony is 10 minutes versus 25 minutes, etc. The length is not really what matters, though. The travel fee for gas and driving time is where most of my fee comes from. I do try to be fair and am an understanding person, so I am more than open to negotiating the price to something that may be better for you. 2) Travel/Mileage Fee - I am located in Ascension Parish but am happy to travel to other parishes - in fact, I don't do many weddings in Ascension at all! I do them all over the State of Louisiana.
