Mr. Marlon came over as planed and he was highly impressive to our eyes. We talked a little and he left. Well when I tried to reach out to him, he never answered or returned my calls. I showed a few people his work from his site and they all wanted to give him a try. When contractors do that, that make people feel as though they are scammers even if they aren’t. By him not returning our calls or even a follow up message saying something small like. Hey thank u all for contacting me for service but I found a higher bidder or etc. like I was taught, a closed mouth doesn’t get feed.

We just happened by a place where Marlon and some of his crew were working, we stopped and talked to the owner and to Marlon. The owner was real impressed. Marlon came to the house, gave us a bid and started the job several weeks later when we wanted him to. He met us at a local hardware store, helped us pick out an exterior door and actually loaded it in his truck and brought it to our house. He kept us posted on when he would be at the house and what work he would complete. He worked around a lot of rainy weather. He does excellent work, is neat, professional and we will hire him again should the need arise. Definitely a keeper. We have given his name and number to several of our friends and family. Five stars*****!
