I really couldn't be happier with the job that Justin and his crew at Gutter Life at (2) of my houses. They were super friendly and worked together like a well oiled machined. Upon completion of the installation, Justin performed quality checks on 100% of the newly installed gutter systems.....

Mr. Justin and his crew did a great work on the gutter installation job at my home. He was very responsive in that he contacted me immediately following my messaging Gutter Life on Thumbtack. He immediately came out to my home to assess the job. He was professional and very honest in explaining to me what I needed in a gutter system versus what I thought I needed or wanted. However, Mr. Justin did state that he would do what the customer requested. Lastly, his pricing was fair. I am a pleased customer. I would hire him again and recommend him to family and/ or friends!

He came and looked at newly installed gutters. He told me they looked allright. He gave me a quote of $175.00 to clean newly installed gutter guards (hardly nothing in there); and $575.00 to install guards.
Now, AFTER he installed the guards, he told me that the gutters were not installed properly. He could fix them (re-level both sides ($225 per side and put back up $500 = $775.00 total).
It would require removing the gutter guards he installed. (There goes $575 down the toilet!). I asked him WHY he didn't tell me that the gutters needed work WHILE HE WAS installing the gutter guards. I didn't want him to do the work because of a bad installation of the gutter guards and because he SHOULD have told me about fixing the gutters BEFORE he installed the guards.
Maybe he has a good explanation, but I was not happy with it. I hope he does not come on to my property without my permission as he did when I told him I had someone else to fix the gutters and the gutter guards. He also put about 4 feet of some kind of gutter foam & a big glob of sealant (?) instead of the gutter guards. I didn't pay $575.00 for foam. I paid for solid gutter guards. Why he did this I do not know. He had some kind of lame explanation which was bullshit. Everything I read says using the foam gutter guards are a waste of time and money.
I have cameras on the property. I hope he does not come by and do my property any harm.
He did come on my property WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to 'fix' the gutter guards where he put the foam. I specifically told him I had someone elset to do the work. He came anyway. Then, he issued me a $35.00 refund? I'd rather have had the work done right.

No ma'am you are not telling the truth I issued you a refund 1st then you ask me to fix it I have it all in my messages Not to mention all the other things that I tried to help you with not to mention you're sitting in California you can't see the work that's being done on your house and you are going by somebody else's word I also have the pictures where your guy fixed it and it looked really badd so let's not go t** for tatti the work that I did was completed right the price that you got was fair and under the amount it should be so therefore I went above and beyond to try to help U misu thank you have a great day maybe you ought to fly home and look at your house before you make comments on social media
