- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Packages start at 9 per person. There are price points for catering drop off and for catering with service. We try to get as much information so we it fits clients. A big thing is plz don’t shop our prices and waste our time it takes precious time from our soon to be clients .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client will contact us with their needs. We then give them estimate and request a meeting via phone, email or in person. At that time a deposit is required to secure date. Next step is delivering product and or services where the total balance is paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Hospitality business for over 25 yrs. I got a degree in business marketing working in an office and ended up returning to the restaurant industry. To sum it up my education and training as been hands on
