Worst experience I had took my laptop to him to get screen repaired. I had small crack in lower right corner he wanted to charge me ridiculous price when I told him I couldn't afford it he tried to come up with charges to charge me for noticing we agreed on and he damaged my whole computer screen and expects me to pay him I have evidence and will see him in court don't waste your time he comes up with bogus hidden fees

I had purchased the wrong wifi extender for my house. Jim not only answered my service call immediately, he even went and got the correct extender for me. He also fixed my computer and printer issues. EXTREMELY reasonably priced, will definitely call Jim again in the future.
