- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage all of our prospective customers to google "abba movers" and visit our website. This will allow them to learn more about our company and hear what people have to say about our work. Prospective customers can then put their information in on our site to receive an instant quote which will be sent directly to their email address. Once approved, customers can book their move online, and they'll receive an email confirming their scheduled move! Customers may also give us a call if they have more questions or would rather schedule their move over the phone. It is very important to us that we answer all of our customers' questions as much as possible because moving can be extremely stressful. This is why we have outlined specific information such as "what to expect during and after your move" in their confirmation email. Once the customer is booked, they can rest assured that they made the best decision for their move and the only other thing they have to do is relax, and "Let Abba Carry the Stress of their move!"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years of experience in the moving industry and have completed large corporate job to studio apartment moves, and everything in between. To stay current in the moving industry, I read newsletters from the AMSA and AMLPA. I also research new techniques and equipment monthly on the internet.
