- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for civil servant, military and pastoral ministers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial visit usually consists of diagnosing the issue to determine what needs to be done to repair that issue. Once appliance is diagnosed we will explain the issue, inform you what needs to be done to repair the unit and give you a quote to repair (part & labor).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Appliances : (3 years experience)(2021) - Trained and apprenticed under a master technician before becoming a technician , worked my way up to the company's lead technician through hard work, attention to detail and quality customer care. - Led the company in 5 star customer reviews. Chimneys, fireplaces, dryer vents & air ducts : ( 20 years experience)(2002) - Trained and apprenticed under a certified chimney sweep. - Became lead sweep/technician - Became field operations supervisor overseeing all field technicians - 2016 opened my own business within the chimney, dryer vent & air duct field.
