I worked as a Medical Transcriptionist for 5 years at Cenla Transcription. I greatly appreciated the flexible schedule and teamwork the company offered. There was always someone to help out if I had an emergency, got sick, or needed to take some time off. I always felt appreciated for the hard work I put in and loved that the company focused on quality more than quantity.     Be sure to know the quality to expect. We offer free reports before we sign on anyone. Make sure you know your turn-around time as well as how a line is calculated and verified. Make sure the service can provide editing within your electronic medical record. If you have an in-house person, you will probably want to do a cost comparison, so ask for that as well in addition to the back-end quality assessment measures.
