Be sure to know the quality to expect. We offer free reports before we sign on anyone. Make sure you know your turn-around time as well as how a line is calculated and verified. Make sure the service can provide editing within your electronic medical record. If you have an in-house person, you will probably want to do a cost comparison, so ask for that as well in addition to the back-end quality assessment measures.
