10 out of 10 . I brought a brand new 75 inch tv . So 2 years later the screen went dark. I called Mr Zach out of curiosity to see if he could do anything with it . It’s better ham brand new now . Great prices saved my family a ton of money so close to the holidays. Great guy and his quality and attention to detail is top of the line .
