- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on your dog's age, behavior concerns, and what your goals are for training. Contact me and I can direct you to the correct program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first start talking to a new customer, I will go over some standard questions with them over the phone or through e-mail. Once I get some basic information on the dog and the situation, I will give the customer my thoughts on their dog and what type of training would be best. If the customer would like to move forward from there, we will schedule a free evaluation so that I can meet the dog and see their behavior in person. After the evaluation, the customer will receive a customized write-up of which programs would be best and what they entail, and once they make a decision they can submit a deposit to hold their training spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience training dogs, and over 100 dogs a year graduate from my training programs. My internship and apprenticeship experience includes top trainers in both the sport and pet dog training industries. I have also been trained as a veterinary technician, and have 2 years of formal education in animal science. I am a big proponent of continuing education, and regularly attend seminars.
