- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is upfront before work begins. No surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once establishing communication, we will typically get as much information as we can before arrival to provide a proper quote and scope of work to complete the job. We may ask for photos of the space where the work is requested for the most accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training is experience, which we have a lot of. We have been doing this type of work since 2008.
