- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services offer up-front pricing so you know the cost without scheduling an estimate. We offer a complimentary estimate for your larger projects. Visit us online and view our pricing and then schedule your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are notified that we have a new request regardless of whether the client is new or one of our many repeat clients, they will receive an email or text asking for them to schedule a time at their convenience. If we do not hear from within 2 hours, we then call the client and discuss the project and set a time for an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hundreds of years of combined experience in the home maintenance and repair industry. Plus, our parent company is a home builder and general contractor which provides industry updates and code changes which we need to be aware.
