Justin, returned my request for work promptly, scheduled the work for the next day, arrived earlier than he had estimated (texting first to make certain coming early was ok). He mounted a new television on our wall quickly and professionally and then walked me through the set-up to get the tv ready to watch. I would recommend his services without reservation. Great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our services on a flat rate basis with an upfront pricing quote before all work begins. Consultation of $99 is credited towards any work completed within 90 days of consultation. We offer discounts for clients who allow us to use photos of the completed work in social media, as well as for military and first responders!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On-site consultation to determine the best needs and methods to achieve the desired outcome. Guidance on product selection, followed by scheduled and completed installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of home technology support, including PC Repair/Networking, Home Theater and TV Repair.
