- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That contingency fees are necessary because it places all of the risk on me and my team to do our job well for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak to potential new injury clients on a phone call to discuss the injury and what has happened since the injury. During the free phone call I answer any questions about the process and what they should do in their particular situation (what I would do if I were them and why). I also discuss how me and my team of injury professionals can add value to their claim and help them recovery from their injury both in their physical health and with financial compensation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you've been hurt in an accident of any kind then it's important you reach out to attorneys who help injured Kentuckians every day. Find attorneys who only do what you need them to do so if you've been hurt talk to attorneys who only take injury cases. They are doing it every day and it can make a huge difference in your health and your bottom line.
