My elderly mom needed a handyman to fix part of her vinyl siding that had popped loose above her gutters. She was only off work the next day when she asked me the day before to find someone for her. Greg contacted me right away. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to listen to what my mom needed, was flexible when we adjusted what we might need, gave us two quotes for one or both projects (the siding and cleaning the gutter guards). He was also totally patient and understanding working with me on behalf of my mom (who is in another state). When I had follow up questions I texted them, and he answered me immediately, thoughtfully, and thoroughly (no terse one word answers). He arrived at my mom’s when he said he would, explained everything to her, didn’t start until she gave him the okay, discussed with her if she also wanted her gutters cleaned (she did). He considerately sent pictures to me so I was reassured everything looked good (it did). My mom was very pleased with his work. We will definitely hire him again if anything else comes up. (The photos are the before and after of her siding and the cleaning of her leaf guards)
