- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for lawn mowing includes edging & trimming. Quotes are subject to change based on the difficulty of the job (tall grass, steep hills, and etc.) though this usually doesn’t happen because of my thorough onboarding process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is everything. I typically ask for pictures of the property when giving a quote, then initially I prefer to do a walk through with the customer to allow them the opportunity to point out anything specific needing address when I work (weeds on a sidewalk, avoiding sprinkler heads, etc). After the first service, I return weekly or biweekly when mowing on a routine schedule, complete the service to the customers specific standards and send them a message when complete.
