- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm asked sometimes why are my prices higher then some of my competition. The only thing I can say about that is I tried to price with my competition and I lost Money and one of my clients said Shannon you got to know your worth! So I realize that I clean differently then most, I'm very detailed and OCD and I only know one way to clean it's all I've known. There's cleaning company that will bring 3 or 4 people and hurry up and get in and out while missing alot of things. Actually more things are missed with more people. My prices might be a lil higher but so is the quality of the work. I've never had a client tell me they feel like they paid to much once I finished the job.For the Quality of work I provide I think my prices are fair as do my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
try to make sure that the Customer knows what they are getting for the price There paying, I try to find out but they Want That Way when I give a price, I can Make it based off their need's and the condition of the house,My goal is to give 100% Customer Satisfaction and put a Lil pride and Hard work into given That!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a big company who just wanted Quantities not quality,They Didn't pay their employees hardly any thing! Charge a 100$ and pay me 22.50$ and No Customer services Anymore! So I'm going to try to bring it back!!
