Fresh Start Cleaning Services has been a pleasure to have in my home! Specifically, Brittany has done a beautiful job of getting my home cleaned on a regular basis. She is a pro at finding all those nooks and crannies I try not to see - she’s the one with a talent for details! She is such a down to earth, comfortable person to be around which is really important to me because I am working from home, so I am there while she moves from room to room. I love Fresh Start Cleaning. This company has the best customer service and the products they use in my home made my home smell so refreshing. The owner Brittany ,you will love her. Brittany went above and beyond to clean my home . She really got the hard area I couldn't reach and stains on my walls that I could remove . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fresh Start Cleaning Services LLC offers a discount to anyone who does extended services with us. For a basic clean you will get a 10% discount weekly, and a 5% discount for biweekly. When it comes to a deep clean a customer receives a 10% discount for any reoccurring services. Which includes weekly, biweekly, and monthly. Fresh Start Cleaning charges a $40.00 fee for any bounced checks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fresh Start Cleaning Services will reach out to the customer to be able to give them a proper quote for the job. We ask that before you contact our business you review our prices to make sure that they fit within your budget. We require a 24hr notice to all new customers on cleaning services. There will be anywhere from 1-3 cleaners on a job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All professional cleaners that work at Fresh Start Cleaning Services are fully insured and licensed to do a wonderful job for you.
