FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contractors that can not compete on craftsmanship and customer service ALWAYS compete on price. Conventional wisdom says to call 3 contractors and go with the cheapest price. We understand. Consider this, what corners does the low price leader have to cut in order to stay in business? We use the most advanced equipment to do the job quickly, efficiently and safely. We offer the highest level of customer service before and after the sale. We are honored to extend a discount to disabled Veterans and widows of Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We rarely give bids sight unseen. We prefer to bid jobs in person. Bidding jobs in person gives us the chance to meet each other. This is a two way interview. The customer is looking for a job to fit in their budget and we are trying to determine if the customer has a realistic budget for their project AND if our personalities are a good fit for one another. At the end of the day , no one wants to work with someone that they wouldn't want to speak to afterwards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in construction for nearly 30 years. I have held several electronics certifications, including calibrating audio/video display and acoustical environmental calibration, KY State Fire Alarm License, Range Hood Fire Suppression Technician, Christmas Light Installation Professional and Vinyl Siding Institute. What do all of the certifications mean? It means that I cared enough about the service that I am providing to spend time away from my family at considerable travel expense to prove that I CARE about the service that I provide.
