- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees for on-demand support are billed at an hourly rate. Most clients work on a monthly flat-rate agreement that covers everything. Monthly clients are never billed for labor on projects or break-fix work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client onboarding begins with a discovery call where we discuss issues you're currently experiencing and where we can help. We'll follow that up with an on-site visit to assess your current environment and provide a quote for our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Computer Science degree from the University of Louisville. I've been working in the technology field for over 35 years.
