We had a wonderful experience on a major basement and bathroom remodel. Charlie was great to work with on scoping the project. Frank and team were excellent for the actual work. Project moved quickly and the crew was great to have in our home (especially their accommodation of our busy family). We are already planning to use them again for a new project.

We had our basement finished. We shopped/interviewed numerous contractors and decided on Pro Builders because they were much more detailed and more thorough while giving us our quote. Anytime someone has a large home project going on it can be stressful but Frank answered every text and always called us back. At one point there were several areas of concern and we texted Frank and he was at our house a couple of hours later going over everything and making sure everything was addressed. The crew was always happy, laughing and hard working. Our basement turned out beautifully and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely use them for all my future projects.

Frank and his team were efficient, responsive, and kind. They worked with me to address a variety of things in my first home. We put in a few windows, replaced kitchen counters, installed a dishwasher, added some gutters, and more.

Work Description: Main bathroom renovation/laundry room tub Comments: We contracted with Pro-Builders Group for a full bathroom renovation. Initially the demo went well and the team was very professional. The overall project moved along nicely and we could see progress daily. There was a bit of mis-communication / “lack of” on some areas but we were able to resolve those issues. Unfortunately, the final project did not meet expectations. Frank came out for a final walkthrough and after some discussion we agreed this was not their standard. Due to time constraints we had to reschedule a month later for the necessary repairs to be completed. The worker came out, saw what needed to be fixed and completed the renovation to our expectations. We were all very pleased with the improvements to the overall look and proud to show it off to family and friends. A hugh Thank you to Frank for your follow up and great customer service. We will certainly consider using Pro-Builders Group again for future projects.
