We also are ordained and are able to Officiate any weddings, funerals, Christenings, baptisms, etc. We accurately obtain the proper initials and signatures on all documents. We verify all parties proper documentation and it is journaled. We explain the procedure of how the process works, and make sure the signees are aware of their actions and acting on free will. Very professional and the knowledge she holds is beyond what words can express. I did not even know that for the document to be legal it had to be a certain type of paper. I did not have the correct paper in my printer. Before signing she let me know I need to go get some legal 24# bond paper. lol. Boy ole' boy, did i feel stupid.
