Clients can feel at ease with me, and be honest about what they really need to work on, or want to change. I am able to connect with clients of any background, and have a very thorough interview process to get to the real triggers, and root causes of client issues. Sessions are customized to the needs of each individual client or group. I have done guided group meditation/hypnosis sessions for couples, families, and groups of up to 36 people at once. All of this can be done virtually, and though I use zoom the most, I can work with you over any video communications platform. It works best when the client is lying down on their own bed, couch, reclining chair, or their most familiar, secure, comfortable location, where they are used to letting go, rather than an unfamiliar office setting. Great session! I was skeptical about hypnotherapy and didn't think I could be in a hypnotic state. But seems I can be and there is something to this that is deeply beneficial and helpful with releasing subconscious blocks that can make daily life near impossible sometimes. I enjoyed the ease and comfort working with Eric and his techniques and the effects afterwards are ongoing. Thank you so much this was a helpful and wonderful experience! I am grateful!

I always thought hypnosis was fake and didn't work and it only happened in the movies and with street performers, but it wasn't until I developed panic disorder and major depression that I found that I was running out of options. I was working with a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and trying out so many different things that just didn't work. My sister recommended hypnotherapy to add into my mix, and with a combination of the right medication and Eric, I finally feel like I'm slowly crawling out of rock bottom. My mind-to-body connection was completely severed and I felt like I didn't have any control over my body before hypnotherapy. It forces you to connect with your mind which is something I would always avoid doing. Thank you for teaching me valuable life skills and helping me on this journey of self-discovery and healing. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had and amazing and productive hypnotherapy experience. I say amazing because I am so grateful I received the help I was looking for. I purchased the 5 session package and it was absolutely worth it! I was having some issues with negativity in my head. I am usually able to shake it off, but not this time. This was my first experience with hypnotherapy and it was very positive. By the end of my 3rd. session with Eric I was feeling better and unblocked. I was able to manifest the tools I needed to manage my life at this time. I started receiving videos to watch and books to read (tools) to get myself back on a good path. I have been more relaxed and open to receive all the good things in my life! Eric was very professional and very kind. And I am so very grateful for his help! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation interview. This interview process is very important to uncover the root cause for a client's issue/issues. At this initial conversation, we will assess whether or not a person has a normative response to hypnotic cues. When this short screening is completed, we discuss methods of service, and advise on a plan for their hypnotherapy or formative hypnosis. We will set up a time and place for in-person, phone, or virtual sessions. Clients can pre-pay for packaged sessions, or pay the day of, before starting a session. Sessions can be audio and/or video recorded for clients who wish to review their sessions.
