- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our system has alot of different things that come in to play. Our hourly rate seems to be the most popular. When you chose hourly it is easy to fit cleaning into your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we normally do is make contact over the phone rather calling or texting just to ask a few questions and then we can get you put on schedule normally within 1 to 2 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years experience in the industry. I have about 80-100 customers with tons of references including a 5 star rating with home advisor. Homeadvisor does a background check on all contractors.
