Britten worked with us to pick out the best carpet for our situation, we waffled a bit but he was patient and we ended up getting what he recommended at first. The install was quick and efficient and they even helped me out with a transition piece that needed to be installed that wasn’t part of the carpet install. He went above and beyond and we will use again.

This review told me to pick up to three of 5 items of what I liked about Knight Quality Installations. I would have liked to pick all 5 of them to include Responsiveness and Punctuality as well. We are very happy with the quality of work Mr Britten Knight did and highly recommend him to you. He stretched our carpet for us and was very pleasant to interact with. We would hire him again.

He was very professional and courteous. He did exactly what he said he would do and expedited the project in a timely manner and he doesn't ask for money up front like another pro I spoke with previously. I love my floors now, I don't like bare floors so he made my apartment look like a home 👍
