Tim’s professional, work quality, and punctuality were Exceptional. Honestly, i was extremely taken back by the cost of the repair..$96.00(including the app $3.00 fee to pay online) for a repair that took 10 minutes to complete.. I was more than willing to pay for the repair that resolved my electrical issue. HOWEVER as a suggestion, all rates including minimum rate times and charges should be clearly indicated on the app to help avoid such confusion going forward.

Charged 93 dollars for 15 minutes of work. He did say he was 62 per hour and had a 1 1/2 hour minimum but you expect a job to take that long. But being the owner of the company he had the discretion to be fair with us and chose not to. I would understand a 50 dollar or so charge to cover the cost of coming over but 93 is absurd. How can you trust someone who does that to people? Do not hire unless you are SURE your project will take over 90 minutes!!

Thank you. Running a business is costly as there is a need for scheduling, prep, taxes, insurance, tools, truck, and travel time which is all absorbed by the coast of running a business. Not mention fees to Thumbtack. Having the knowledge and tools to preform a job in a quality and timely manner is key to a profitable business that continue to operate. I appreciate customers that understand and relies on me showing up on time preforming my job with as little disruption as possible. I charge a 1 1/2 hr. Minimum plus materials and very upfront about it.
