- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I kind of base my prices off of homewyse .com and then usually go about 15 percent lower. It also depends on the situation and nature of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will generally text or speak with them on the phone and set up a time to meet and give an estimate. Most jobs I like to complete the repair right then if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
