- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m reasonably, fairly and appropriately priced. All quotes are based on accessibility and height.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get contacted, I get the address, go to the home and give the estimate. I can usually do the work on the spot. Service is my keynote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started roofing in 1997 with a high end roofing company. We did slate, tile and metal roofs and all types of gutter systems. In that time, I acquired the necessary skills to troubleshoot and fix everything with which I was presented. That’s why, in 1999, I ventured out on my own with Flo-Rite Gutter Service.
