I cant say enough about the customer service. This company go over and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thats the reason that I decided to go with FSR Heating and Cooling. After being without heat for a week during mid 20s temperature, Ms. Stacie made sure that we were scheduled for service immediately. When someone was needed to come out for assistance, Robert was there in 10 minutes. Im really pleased with the service and wonderful people with FSR Heating and Cooling.

Mike was very professional during his schedule visit for a furnace tune up. He showed up on time and was in and out in a timely manner. He gave me suggestions and recommendations on things I needed know. I truly appreciated his service and would recommend him and his company if you have issues with your heat or A/C unit.

I highly recommend Fast Response Heating And Cooling for any HVAC services. Yesterday, Bryant Heating & Cooling came for regular maintenance of our furnace and told us it is very dangerous to use as the heat exchanger has issues. They wanted us to pay them $ 2,119.00 to fix it and turned it off. I decided to take a second opinion and as a result, Mike S from Fast Response came this afternoon and inspected our furnace and found out there is nothing wrong. No issues with the heat exchanger and no Carbon Monoxide detected. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a wonderful person. I cannot thank him enough for relieving the fear I had about not having heat in these cold days. I highly recommend Fast Response for any HVAC repairs as they are honest and do not scam people.
