FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I give you a quote I’ll do my very best to stick to that amount. If any changes are needed I will asked the customer to join me on the job site and explain the new found issues and what they are and what it will take to fix it now or explain how it may be possible to just watch it and make the repair at a later time provided it will not create a safety issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers and I generally start with phone or text conversation about the problem they’re having, I’ll request general information about the size, age, gallons, type of pool and equipment (pump - filter). I’ll may request some pictures of the the problem area so that I can begin to asses what replacement part(s) are needed and then provide a competitive quote for the work, and schedule a a day a time to complete the repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) & AST ( Advanced Service technician), trained in both by the National Swimming Pool Foundation.
