- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a reflection of How complicated the repair process is combined with the length of the repair. Service Fees typically start out at $59 for the most basic Repairs.THUMBTACK DOES NOT PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF PRICING OPTIONS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They drop off the device or schedule a service call to the location. Then fill out an intake form requesting services with me as well as sign a customer agreement form for me to begin the repair process. I notify the customer the whole way through from start to finish making sure they fully understand how to maintain and properly use their electronic device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training has been in the field knowledge gained from hands on experience and learning from various books / online learning resources. Took a basic programming course alongside with 4 Web Design classes. A real wider variety of knowledge than most with a huge passion to continue my education as i further myself within this field.
