- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pay particular attention toto quality and customer satisfaction, that is why we do not talk much about discounts. We believe that the satisfaction our customers get from quality service is better than a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a walk through, and after that we can send a quote. After completing the job, we ask our customers to review and approve before we can call it Done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have various certification in environmental work, I have worked on mold and asbestos, and cleaning hazardous waste.
