Her site looks very professional but ask for non refundable deposit and quotes different prices then listed on her web page. Then wanted to charge crazy amount for return address. Much different than quote on web. I just asked for refund and send my envelopes back . She asked for more money to send back envelopes and kept my deposit!!! What a joke !!! Don’t use her

Martha my pricing is listed and accurate on my website. I charged you a $30 hold fee. this is also on my website and states on there it us non refundable. I charge this to hold your dates. Most vendors charge a hold fee. You decided you didn't want to pay the fee to have your envelopes addressed after you shipped them? Then you requested I ship them back two day, therefore I have to charge you to ship back. I did absolutely nothing wrong.. you just decided to not use me after you sent them. This is the craziest thing anyone has ever said to me and so false!
