Corneilus arrived 15 minutes early. I told him what the refrigerator was doing. He asked several questions then started to work. In a short time he told me what the problems were and the cost of doing the repairs. The price was acceptable to me. He unclogged the defrost drain. One of the freezer’s defrost heaters was bad and needed to be replaced. He ordered a new heater and scheduled a date and time to come back and install it. He also showed me how to reset the control panel should the error code come up again. Corneilus is the most professional repairman I have ever dealt with to include appearance (looked like he just came from a TV commercial for appliance repair), experience (immediately had a good idea what was wrong), knowledge (took no time at all to disassemble fridge and unclog drains and reassemble) and was able to explain what was wrong and the corrective action needed in a manner I could understand and answered all my questions.
