Called on a Tuesday and on Wednesday they were at the house taking care of the issue. Tremendous value for the work that was needed and all of the staff were extremely accommodating and very professional. Would highly recommend them for any animal removal job needed. Not only were they able to do our job, they came out to our office and removed some additional rodents. Quality work.

I was not happy with their mole removal program. They set out traps. After 5 days, they check the traps. If they have not caught a mole, too bad. You're on your own again. For this they charge $489. And they offer no guarantees that they will trap a mole. No one else does, either. I was able to find a company that sets out traps & checks them weekly for 4 weeks. If they have not trapped a mole by then, they will continue to work with you until they trap the mole. They charged me $450. I want to be clear that I did NOT hire Complete Animal Removal USA to do the job. My review was based SOLELY on the phone call with their employee who provided me with the details on their mole removal service & the price.

Again Jim, we feel this negative review is entirely unwarranted. Our pricing was $39 more expensive which would be considered relatively competitive to the other quote you received. We would have also continued to work with you until you were satisfied so I apologize if that wasn’t communicated during your initial phone call. We’ve never had a bad review from a customer who just called in to get a quote. Please consider removing this review as you cannot speak to the level of service you received if you haven’t hired us.

We offer a FREE inspection to determine the severity of the issue at hand and provide an estimate to permanently solve the problem for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would schedule an initial complimentary inspection where we would determine the animal we’re up against. From there, we locate potential entry points and provide an estimate to solve the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several staff members and even our owner who are certified wildlife biologists. Each member of our team is thoroughly trained and required to obtain a trapping permit from Kentucky Fish and Wildlife.
