I had a great experience and lots of fun. We worked on finding stretch points. Relaxation Comfortable poses. Warm ups. Breathing. And body positioning. She’s patient, flexible, and welcoming. Great for beginners and above. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$85 per hour for a single class. $75 per hour for a package of six or more classes. Prices are per person. If there is more than one person in the class, rates will be discounted.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have practiced yoga for more than 20 years and began the teacher training originally to deepen my personal practice. The joy and ease I brought to students during the training gave me so much happiness that I decided my new path is to share the beauty of yoga and meditation with students.
