- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will typically remove a service call fee if I am hired for the job a perfect example is planning your security system install and then an agreement being reached that I will install your system I will remove the service call fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will send a quote if I am confident with the provided info from the customer or I will send an open ended quote until I get more details from my customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have spans years I have done field service work in the fast food and restaurant industry along with the gas station industry I have worked with many different products and many different environments. I will gladly explain fully with any and all my customers.
