- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with building a foundation - a strong, healthy body - and work our way up to more advanced movements! I work with you to build a workout that will be specific to helping you reach your fitness goals, whether that be for weight loss, strength building, endurance, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am also a former collegiate basketball player!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people get healthy! It started in college, while I was playing basketball. I started to pack on muscle myself, leverage healthy habits, and realized that I wanted to do this as a career. Helping people through personal training is my absolute passion.
