Customers should be informed that we have NO hidden fees, NO hourly minimums, and NO overnight charges for long-distance moves! We also will beat any rate that Is provided to us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin by assessing their specific moving needs and providing a detailed estimate. Once the customer is satisfied with the estimate, we schedule the move and collaborate on pre-move preparations. On the moving day, our professional crew handles the loading, transportation, unloading, and setup of belongings, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the new location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Employees are educated on proper packing techniques, loading and unloading procedures, safety protocols, and customer service skills. Practical training often includes supervised practice in handling furniture, equipment operation, and driving moving trucks to ensure high professionalism and efficiency during customer moves.
