This company wanted a $100 deposit to book a moving time. They sent me a link to pay off the Thumbtack app. As a safety measure I recommended we keep all business including payments done on the app. The company said I have to pay from the link they sent to me by text. They cited slowness of pay from the app versus the payment link. They refused service because they wanted to move doing business with me off the app. Totally unprofessional.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY I am begging you as customers to not hire this company. Yesterday, February 1, 2024. This company was supposed to show up to my home between 9 AM and 10 AM. They arrived at 11 AM with a small box truck with the incorrect plate number and had to do two trips to move our home when they showed up there was three people, but it was agreed to have two. We also had an agreement on a price, we also had an agreement to pay via Thumbtack when they loaded the second truck load and got it to our new home. The companies owner told his crew. They are not to unload the truck unless they get the cash for the job at that point they had not even finished the job, the owner demanded that we pay in cash when we agreed upon Credit we had to have the police department come to our home because of this company, then took off at 7 PM at night with an entire truckload of our belongings. The owner sent us text messages of extortion. Demanding that we pay another hundred dollars in order to get our belongings they told us they would be at our home at 10 AM and they showed up at 12 PM. They had excuses after excuses they damaged some of my belongings. this company is not a legit company. please view the photos that are attached so that you are aware and can protect yourself and not hire this company ! Tori uses a Google voice phone number, but the license plate is registered for a van not a box truck and is registered to Keith White. When they arrived today, February 2, 2024, the company made me hand them $700 and sign a contract Before they would even unload the truck. when they arrive this morning, they moved everything into our garage and refused to bring it inside the home and finish the job completely.
