It would have been nice to see any work done since they took a portion of the money we have not heard from anyone in months. Guess a lawyer is needed

Hi Jennifer, as your contract was signed in October for your basement remodel. All of our contracts state that there is a 10-12 week approximation for commencement, given that customers make all of their selections and prepare for their project to begin. We received your H.O.A. we needed for the permitting process on 11/22/24 and all per.its have been pulled. We are currently awaiting the arrival of your shower unit. If you would give our office a call, we would be happy to help with any questions you have. Also, after speaking with our staff and trying the number myself, the only contact phone number for you is not accepting any calls. Perhaps, a call block feature for unknown numbers? Such an amazing job! They built a hip roof with six 1/2 brick posts. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Brad and Stanley were great to work with and went above and beyond. Communication, attention to detail, and friendliness are definitely things Integrated Home Design exemplifies!

Project impossible. We recently moved into a home with no railing going downstairs. We were stuck with trying to find a solution to protect our kids but ALSO not make the space look boarded up or like a prison. Danny Johnson and Michael Aldendorf came out and was presented with many obstacles and worked around them to find solutions. The overall end look is not what we designed but better than I imagined. They removed the old railing for me and cleaned up to make it look like they were never even here. Overall 5 stars for Danny and Mike. Thank you guys for coming and creating peace of mind for our family.
