Who would have thought men cleaning the house would do such an awesome job but I can’t say enough great things about their work. We had them do a move out with carpet cleaning from top to bottom the house looks great. Give them a call you will not be sorry.

ICS Janitorial was fabulous! I've tried for months to get someone to give me a quote much less actually show up. Not only, did ICS Janitorial get back to me day of, but they were quick to schedule a cleaning and the cleaning job was great! Very thorough and professional. He was incredibly nice and worked around us as we homeschooled. I will definitely use ICS Janitorial again and would highly recommend their services!

I just hired ICS to do a cleaning of a house we were selling. We wanted the house to be clean and fresh for the new owners. James showed up on time, was a pleasure to deal with, and worked very hard to leave the house looking great! All of this for a very reasonable price. I was so pleased I have already recommended them for another job and won't hesitate to do so again.

I cannot tell you how glad I am that we went with this company!!! My husband and I just bought a home and were so discouraged during our final walk through. The sellers barely cleaned. The house smelled like pets, the fridge and oven were gross, the floors were sticky, there was dog hair everywhere, there was so much dust on everything that our agent even told us to just replace all the blinds because they were so dusty. We're moving with a three month old and were dreading having to start off trying to clean this huge mess on top of moving and painting and everything else. We are a couple that relies pretty heavily on yelp reviews and were a little apprehensive that this company didn't have any, but the competitors we found had mixed reviews and i had found a really positive google review of ICS and some encouraging photos of their work. After working with them I AM BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Benny got in touch with me right away and was a pleasure to work with the entire time. He was prompt and polite, always friendly and professional. They were so flexible with us being from out of town and having to do the cleaning while we were away. They offered an amazing price especially considering how much work there was to do in this house. Seriously, we still can't believe how much they did for us. I've attached a picture of the oven before and after because I just cannot believe it. It went from disgusting and literally having fire damage to looking brand new! The floors SPARKLE! They cleaned literally every surface including vents and ceiling fans, got the epic amount of dog hair out and even deodorized every room. ICS didn't clean our house, they detailed it. Even scraping melting rubber from a balloon that had gotten stuck to a ceiling fan. This review is getting too long so you'll just have to see for yourself. They are amazing. Their work is amazing and worth more than every penny. I'm so glad we trusted them and will recommend them to all our friends and family.

The quote will require a walk through for accurate pricing but we base our rates on man hours per job per hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to provide them the best service from day one. I want to be able to give them the satisfaction of a clean work environment. I would prefer to keep an open line of communication so that I can always be in the loop about changes or maybe additional services that need to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have a combined 40 plus years doing commercial cleaning as well as floor care.
