- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirming availability, I'll email the bride and/or groom with a few questions about the style and atmosphere of the ceremony. I'll then follow up with links to youtube videos or other audio recordings, so the couple can start becoming familiar with the repertoire and what they like/don't like. Then we'll set up a consultation via phone or Skype to select repertoire and discuss special music arrangements if desired. From there, I'll send a contract outlining all of the details, and that's it!
