Patrick helped to make the best out of a bad situation. I initially reached out about him shoring up the floor in the bathroom before the new flooring went in. Upon further investigation, Patrick discovered mold under the flooring and ventilation. While this called for a costly renovation, Patrick helped give the original bathroom in this 1970 home a modern feel. Due to the extent of the issue, this project turned into a complete gut and rehab of the bathroom, utility closet, and laundry nook. Patrick had a great vision for the project from the start, and although it took a little longer than he expected, I am extremely satisfied with the finished project. Patrick handled the demo work, framing, plumbing, drywall, painting, and flooring. I'd highly recommend Patrick for any of your home renovation needs. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and coordinates well with sub-contractors.

Hellcat Forge helped me out of a jam finding a handy man who would do work in a very rural area outside’s of bardstown.
