The entire team did a great job identify the mold in our house in Fort Mitchell with mold testing then removing it professionally through mold removal. Karissa, Rob and Ethan were very helpful and understanding throughout this chaotic event!

Restoration Cincinnati is a must call if you have restoration needs. I had so questionable areas in my house after having found out my pipes had a leak. I gave them a call and spoke to a woman named Karissa. She was very knowledgeable, kind, had peak professionalism. They came to my house in no time at all for an assessment. She was able to point out areas where there was mold in no time and got me started in the process of taking the steps to rid my home of it and prevent it in the future. I would recommend this company and Karissa to everyone in need of these types of services.

I cant say enough good things about this company! I am so pleased with the work they completed!! Great job by Rob and his team! They went above and beyond. The nasty water damage from a rainstorm in 2022 that our insurance company kept rejecting as a claim looked disgusting. We fought with insurance for more than 2 years. We then hired Rob and his team. 6 months later the water damage cleanup and water damage repair they provided now has our home looking great again! They also provided mold testing in every part of our house to make sure we had nothing living and breathing behind the walls. What a great job! I would give them 10, not 5 stars by the entire team. Hire Rob and his team for any water damage restoration and mold testing at your home or business. Great job guys Thank you so much!!!!! Im so unbelievable ecstatic with this job!
