Came out to house to inspect leak and provided a very thorough assessment of the issue and the work he would provide. Even recommended some cheaper alternatives that would not require tearing up the finished basement wall and sealing. Will reach out and hire if the suggested work around does not prevent future leaks!

GPAC did an encapsulation in my crawlspace and insulated my foundation. They also replaced my rotted main beam and added new piers. They did a great job and would highly recommend.
