- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very flexible. My husband and I have started this company because we are truly passionate about helping others. We are blessed with the training to help others navigate through an interview process and want to help those that need our assistance!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that we do is an initial discovery call. We must know what the customer is looking for and make sure that we are the best fit for their needs. Once the discovery call is complete we then begin with resume. We go through this with the customer so that they can truly understand why we structure it the way we do and not just change it for them. The next stop would be their LinkedIn page. It is very important that we make sure they are marketing themselves to the correct audience. From their we go through our step by step process on how to target the correct jobs, get your application noticed, go through the interview process and ultimately how to negotiate the offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky. I have always been attracted to understanding people and the psychology that goes into their actions. My husband and I have been in recruiting/ talent acquisition for over 10 years. We have been trained by 2 of the top recruiting firms worldwide. We have helped hundreds of candidates navigate through the interview process and land their dream job throughout the years.
