Replaced both the gutters and roofing. The gutters were a very good match to the vinyl siding on the overhang. The roof is a great color. Fraley brought the sample shingles in order to see the color. The job started early and in the process, all the shrubbery was covered. When the roof was completed, the crew cleaned the area to pick up any debris and nails. Fraley used GAF Timberline HD shingles and created a ridge vent to replace the old power vent. Very happy with the professional job.

Follow thru. I called before noon and was told the estimator was on another line and would call as soon as he finished the call. I called back at 3:55 and was told they would call me within the hour. I called back at 5:15. I spoke to a different lady and was told they were behind in calling people who needs estimates. If I was told that in the 1st place I could understand and called someone else, which I am doing. I did request that the owner to call. I doubt that he will call back.

There are a number of factors that determine our price for our services such as home size, roof pitch, location, type of product being used, etc that's why we offer free estimates so the price we give you is the price you pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a call from the homeowner requesting an estimate I personally contact them by phone to get more details on what they want quoted. I then set up a free no hassle estimate where I actually come out and measure the job then work up a detailed written estimate along with my license & insurance, BBB Report and a list of references
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
GAF Factory Certified Roofing Contractor a privilege only 6% of the roofing contractors have in the United States.
