B. Did a great job installing 2 said shades into our concrete patio, even that we didn't have a clear picture of what will work he made few suggestions and was able to work around couple of changes we requested. Where do I start! The job was supposed to take 2-5 hours, and it took 2-3 days While he was waiting on concrete to dry he looked for other things to fix, and he found them.I selected Bernie because he was half as much as the next closest bid and I paid him $500 more than his quote, and he was still about half of the closest bid. Most important, my wife was very happy. She kept asking how much an I told her and she said"WOW IS THAT ALL"

Bernie came and put a cocktail table together for me, and it came out perfect! He was friendly and professional, he put safety strips on the stairs as I had a recent fall. He hauled away some extra junk that garbage collectors didn't take, and generally left me better able to enjoy my home. Excellent service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and detailed. We also offer seniors , police and military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact customer via phone and set up an appointment to come and physically see the the project and where the work is going to take place. I then edtablish the cost of the project and then if the customer wants to move forward I create a propsal listing all the scope of work and of the project along with cost and payment details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 yrs experince in concrete construction. I have a drgree in business management along with over 25 yrs in the construction trade overall. I have several years experience with property and routine maintenance . I have four properties myself that I have renovated and rent. I grew up in construction and have experience with all phases in residential and light commercial.
